Alexandre Vassiliev foundation is looking for ASSISTANT CURATOR in Visaginas. The assistant curator has the following missions:
- reception of new acquired artworks of the collection,
- condition assessment of received items,
- management of digital databases,
- control the indexation of the fund,
- daily tasks related to the collections: cataloging, equipment, storage
- help in the preparation of exhibitions.
Required profile:
- Knowledge of art history and fashion history
- Team spirit and dialogue, ability to work in a versatile and transversal manner,
- Creativity, initiative, adaptability and autonomy,
- Rigorous, conscientious, curious,
- Computer skills,
- Language proficiency: English Level B2 (minimum because all written and oral communication is in English), Lithuanian Level B2 (minimum), Russian Level B2 (minimum).
- Contractual remuneration.
